Full House Lottery letter

My letter to the newspaper got printed again! This guy wrote it about how home lotteries were excessive because the house and car were too big to be energy efficient.

Here's what I wrote back:

"
Full House prizes are eco-friendly
Re: “Lotto prizes excessive,” by Brian Bianchini, Letters, March 21.

This year, Full House Lottery is environmentally conscious because one of the homes’ (Hawthorne I) basement is made of stryofoam and concrete, whichprovides superb insulation and makes the house energy-efficient.

Last year’s Full House Lottery’s prize package included a home that used geothermal heating, and a Toyota Prius.

Bianchini’s environmental objections to Full House Lottery have been taken care of.

Maybe now he’ll buy a ticket and make a big difference to RoyalAlexandra Hospital Foundation and the University Hospital Foundation’s cause."

Even though I've been off the project since August 2006, I still care.

Thanks, I actually ran into the client today (who we raise money for) and she thanked me. I was really happy and I bet they were happy because they got free advertising.
